Because of this personalized process, all orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
If There’s an Issue With Your Order
We stand behind the quality of every PhotoBlokz build.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description
Once reviewed, we’ll provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

For best results, we recommend reviewing our “What to Expect” page before placing your order.
Because each kit is custom-produced, a few natural variations may occur:
- Designs are converted into a pixel-style format, which may simplify fine details
- Colors are optimized using real materials and may vary slightly from digital screens
- Minor variations are part of the custom build process
These characteristics are part of what makes each PhotoBlokz piece unique.
